A Divine Code (Ephesians 5:1-21)

Church,

This week's focus is Ephesians 5:1-21.  It's a hard text.  Don't get me wrong, it's not hard to read.  The words are not confusing.  It's not hard to understand.  Paul, inspired by God, is not speaking in riddles.  Instead, it's a hard text to live.  Here's a little more explanation and an update:

Pastor Bryan Catherman shares some thoughts on Ephesians 5:1-21 as we continue in our new series. He also shares about some upcoming mission teams helping us with Resurrection Week. Let's start praying about our outreach effort for Easter.

The Epistle to the Ephesians has taken a turn from our thinking in the New Normal to our action in the New Normal.  Chapters 5 and 6 are about how we relate to others.  The section we'll see this week is the overarching instruction and how we are to relate to God.

While I realize it's easy to miss the Sunday gathering when down deep you know the text might be hard to hear, it's my prayer that you will join us with a desire to hear from the Lord follow Jesus well.   In preparation for our Sunday worship, read Ephesians 5:1-21.  Start asking God to show you something from his Word.

I'll see you on Sunday!
Pastor Bryan
