Mark: "The Temptation Jesus" (Mark 1:12-13)

On Sunday, Josiah Walker opened to Mark 1:12-13 and preached the third sermon in our new series through Mark. His message, “The Temptation of Jesus (a.k.a, “Jesus is the better Adam”), he demonstrated the connection between Genesis and the temptation of Christ in Matthew, Mark, and Luke. Then, he showed us how knowing God’s Word, trusting in the Lord, and abiding in Him, we too can face the flaming darts of the devil’s temptation because the one who defeated the tempter lives in His people.
