"The Lord Who Opens" (Mark 7:31-37)

Mark 7:31-37 is an interesting engagement between Jesus and a deaf and mostly mute man. Jesus heals him in a strange way. Why? Why is this healing included in Mark’s gospel? Why did Jesus tell the crowd not to tel of this remarkable event?
