Mark: "The Lord of Second Lessons" (Mark 8:1-10)
Our journey through the book of Mark (on video) has brought us to Mark 8:1-10. In this section of Scripture, Jesus once again feeds a multitude of people from only a few loaves of bread and a handful of small fish. Why is this account recorded in the same detail as the first? What do the details both accounts have in common teach us?
We encourage you to consider celebrating the Lord’s Day with us as the gathered church. We’re meeting in person for prayer at 9:45 AM on Sunday and then for corporate worship and the teaching of God’s Word at 11 AM. We have instituted social distancing and other policies to help you feel safe as we gather. If you are not ready to gather, we encourage you to join us on Zoom. Find the link on Realm. If you’re not on Realm, please consider joining.
In addition, you can watch Pastor Bryan’s pre-recored sermon in Mark. (These are not the same sermons that are preached at the in-person gatherings.)
