Announcement of Ministries for 8/1/2021
Here are some things going on this week, this month, and beyond. There may be more info in your various Realm groups, so we want to encourage you to join the Realm groups for the Fellowship Groups and ministries of which you are a part.
FAMILY MEETING | Covenant Members, we’ll have a brief family-meeting following our 11 AM worship service today (August 1st). Please plan on attending. The meeting is open to non-members and guests if you’d still like to learn about the business matters of Redeeming Life Church.
GRIEFSHARE | We’re starting a GriefShare fellowship group that will meet on Thursday nights at 6:30 PM. It will run from September 2nd until December 2nd, (with Thanksgiving off). GriefShare is a grief recovery support group where you can find help and healing for the hurt of losing a loved one. There is a book that goes along with the videos and will cost $15. The church is happy to supply books for those in financial need. Find more on our website and register on the GriefShare website. Please direct any questions to Lisa Catherman or Krystyl Walker.
MEMBERSHIP | Are you ready to join our faith-family and serve on God’s mission with Redeeming Life Church? If so, please contact Pastor Bryan about your next steps to become a member of Redeeming Life Church or sign up for our New Member’s class at the connection desk. The class meets twice after church: August 8th and August 15th. Lunch will be provided.
MONTHLY MEN’S BREAKFAST | On the first Saturday of every month at 9 AM, the Men of Redeeming Life are gathering at Ramblin Roads restaurant (544 W 400 N, Bountiful, UT 84010) for breakfast and fellowship. Each guy is responsible for his own breakfast.
DESSERT WITH THE PASTOR | Are you new to Redeeming Life Church? Do you have questions? Join Pastor Bryan for an evening of conversation, story sharing, and dessert. Our next Dessert with the Pastor is August 20th, 7 PM, at the church building. If you’re interested, please let Pastor Bryan know so he can be sure to have a dessert for you!
SUNDAY EVENING SERVICE | At 6:30 PM Sunday nights, we have a Sunday evening service. We’re studying the book of Mark. Come as you are and invite your friends.
