Christmas Blessings & Operation Christmas Child

We are doing two outreach things this year to bless others for Christmas: Christmas Blessings and Operation Christmas Child. You'll see both in the lobby this Sunday. 

Christmas Blessings: 
Christmas Blessings is simply a way to bless families needing a little help this Christmas season. Please drop unused gift cards (with the denomination indicated), or money in the Christmas Blessings box in the lobby. You can also give on Realm (select "Local Outreach" in the dropdown to designate funds to this ministry). We'll use the funds to buy additional gift cards and send them to families needing a little help with gifts and food for Christmas. Please make your donations on or before November 20th. 

Submit Families for the List: If you know of a family in need, please email, call, or chat with me on Sunday so we can get them on the list. 

Operation Christmas Child:

Boxes are available in the lobby. Grab a box, visit the Samaritan's Purse website for tips on items that can and cannot go into the box, print the label for boy or girl and age, pay the $10 for the shipping and tracking on the website, then bring the box back to Redeeming Life on or before November 20th. We'll take the boxes to the drop-off location on November 21st. Or, if you'd prefer, you can build a box online for $25. (Follow this link to create a box online.)
