Announcement of Ministries 1/8/23
PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. We’ll sing His Mercy is More, In Christ Alone, Be Thou My Vision, and Turn Your Eyes. Pastor Josiah is preaching on the Parable of the Talents from Matthew 24:14-30, and we’ll take the Lord’s Supper together.
PASTOR BRYAN’S SABBATICAL | Pastor Bryan and the Catherman family will be on Sabbatical from December 26th to January 31st. This is a time for rest, prayer, spiritual renewal, reading, and other things that will equip Pastor Bryan for another decade of faithful ministry. In his absence, Pastor Josiah and Robbie are available.
FAMILY MEETING | Our next family meeting is right after our morning worship service on January 22nd. We will be presenting new members and giving a financial report for 2022. Everyone is welcome and members are encouraged to attend.

SENIOR LUNCHEON | The next Senior Luncheon is scheduled for Monday, January 9th, at 11:30am in the RLC Fellowship Hall. The food is provided. Please join us for fellowship and fun! (And bring a friend!) Please RSVP on Realm or sign up in the lobby so we get an accurate count for the food.
FAMILY GAME NIGHT | Parents and Kids join us for an evening of board games, snacks, and fellowship on Friday, January 13th from 6:00pm-8:00pm. It’s a great time to hang out, have fun, and get to know other families in our church.

YOUVERSION BIBLE APP | Do you use the YouVersion Bible App? Did you know Redeeming Life provides an Event with Scriptures and other information so you can follow along with the sermon? You can even save it during our service time and come back to it later. Find our Event in the YouVersion Bible App.
REALM | We use an online medium called Realm to stay informed and connected throughout the week. You can join groups that offer much more in your Christian journey. There’s a group for prayer requests, another for more Biblical study. There are fellowship groups and community connection groups. There’s also an app for easy mobile use.
