Announcement of Ministries 4/30/23
PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. We’ll be singing God Is For Us, Grace Greater Than Our Sin, and Revelation Song Pastor Bryan is continuing our sermon series entitled “Contend for YOUR Faith” centered on the book of Jude. Pastor Bryan will be preaching part three this week from Jude 1:5-19, and we will respond to the preached word by observing the Lord’s Supper together.
CLASS HOUR | For those interested in growing in their faith, we have a class hour on Sunday mornings from 9:30am-10:30am before our 11:00am Worship Gathering. These classes cover a wide array of various subjects. There are classes for kids from birth through high school and four different adult studies as well. More details can be found on Realm or you can contact one of our pastors with any questions.
FAMILY MEETING | Our next family meeting is right after our morning worship service on Sunday. We will be presenting new members, sharing those who are no longer in covenant membership, and voting to affirm Terry McIlvain for the vacancy position on our Church Council.
MONTHLY MEN’S BREAKFAST | On the first Saturday of every month at 8 AM, the Men of Redeeming Life are gathering at Penny Ann’s restaurant (234 S 500 W Suite 101, West Bountiful, UT 84010) for breakfast and fellowship. Each guy covers the cost of his own breakfast.
Please RSVP and let your ‘yes’ be yes or ‘no’ be no for the sake of the count and working well with the restaurant. This is also a mission opportunity so be kind to your server and tip really well. Then they'll be happy to have our church guys back.
MONTHLY WOMEN’S DINNER | On the second Thursday of every month at 6 PM, the Women of Redeeming Life are gathering at Black Bear Dinner in Woods Cross (2474 S 575 W, Woods Cross, UT, 84010) for dinner and fellowship. All women are welcome so bring your daughters, your friends, and neighbors. This will be a good time of fellowship and food. All women are responsible for their own meal.

JOIN THE MUSIC TEAM | The musicians and AV techs leading us in musical worship are a great group, but they’re praying for a few more talented people. If God is calling you to lead our faith-family to worship the Lord through music or AV work, please contact Robbie.

You will promptly receive a response with instructions and a secure link to follow. The system will send you a secure link to complete your transaction and send you a giving receipt. This will also allow your donation to be tracked in our system so we can provide you with tax info in January.
