Announcement of Ministries 5/28/23
PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. We’ll be singing Amazing Grace, Turn Your Eyes, Good & Gracious King, and Great Is Thy Faithfulness. We will be continuing our series through the book of Romans as Pastor Bryan delivers a message centered on Romans 11:1-10 and we will respond to the preached word by observing the Lord’s Supper together.
FAMILY MEETING | We will be having a special family meeting after our worship service this Sunday May 28th to affirm new members into covenant membership at Redeeming Life. All are welcome and our current members are encouraged to attend.

WORSHIP & PRAYER NIGHT | Join us for an evening of worship and prayer on Sunday June 4th at 6:30pm in the Assembly Hall.
SUMMER YOUTH INTERNSHIP | Do you have a teenager who is interested in learning more about ministry? This July we will be hosting a Summer Youth Internship for teenagers entering the 8th grade through 12thgrade next year. Registration closes on June 18th. MONTHLY MEN’S BREAKFAST | On the first Saturday of every month at 8 AM, the Men of Redeeming Life are gathering at Penny Ann’s restaurant (234 S 500 W Suite 101, West Bountiful, UT 84010) for breakfast and fellowship. Each guy covers the cost of his own breakfast.
Please RSVP and let your yes be yes or no be no for the sake of the count and working well with the restaurant. This is also a mission opportunity so be kind to your server and tip really well. Then they'll be happy to have our church guys back.
MONTHLY WOMEN’S DINNER | On the second Thursday of every month at 6 PM, the Women of Redeeming Life are gathering at Black Bear Dinner in Woods Cross (2474 S 575 W, Woods Cross, UT, 84010) for dinner and fellowship. All women are welcome so bring your daughters, your friends, and neighbors. This will be a good time of fellowship and food. All women are responsible for their own meal.

SENIOR LUNCHEON | The next Senior Luncheon is scheduled for Monday, January 10th, at 11:30am in the RLC Fellowship Hall. The food is provided, and we’ll be writing messages of encouragement to those who are shut-ins or recovering from illness. Please join us for fellowship and fun and bring a friend. Please RSVP on Realm or sign up in the lobby so we get a good count for the food.
JOIN THE WORSHIP TEAM | The musicians and AV techs leading us in musical worship are a great group, but they’re praying for a few more talented people. If God is calling you to lead our faith-family to worship the Lord through music or AV work, please contact Robbie.
ACTS 11 FUND | In Acts 11, the church in Antioch took up an offering to help the brothers and sisters in the church in Jerusalem. A famine hit the community and they were struggling. We use our “Acts 11 Fund” to help brothers and sisters in need. Right now, our fund is low. If you would like to donate to the Acts 11 Fund, log into your Realm account and select the giving tab. Select the Acts 11 Fund in the dropdown options. If you’re not a Realm user, you may visit https://onrealm.org/rlc/give/now. You may also give my check or cash in a marked envelope. Be sure to indicate “Acts 11” on the memo line. We appreciate your faithful giving.
