The Door Will Sound

Sexual predators target places of high trust and churches should be a place of the highest trust.  I hope we are a friendly place were broken people can feel welcome. But we also must be vigilant if we are going to protect our kids and those vulnerable to abuse.  It’s a difficult line to keep in balance.

The most common place for a STRANGER to gain access is the back door.  Our back doors are lock during the service and are for emergency exit only.  Please keep your children from playing near these door or exiting through these doors.  Adults should not exit these door any more either.  An alarm will sound and alert our volunteers when the doors are open.  Please help us by being attentive to the activity at our emergency exit.  Let's do everything we can to keep our kids safe.
