Announcement of Ministries 3/10/24
PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. We’ll be singing New Doxology, The King In All His Beauty, Glorious, and O Church Arise. We are continuing our sermon series through the book of Acts as Pastor Josiah delivers a message centered on Acts 18:1-17 and we will also respond to the preached word by partaking in the Lord’s Supper together.
MISSIONS & EVANGELISM TRAINING | Are you interested in learning some quick and easy ways to share the gospel at your workplace or with neighbors and friends? If so, join us on Sunday, March 10th, from 2:00pm-5:00pm for a Missions & Evangelism Training Workshop. During this Missions & Evangelism training we will be reviewing simple ways to share your testimony and the gospel message through methods such as "The 3 Circles," "Your 15 Second Story", and other helpful tools found in a Mission Field Toolbox. For any questions about the class, please contact Pastor Bryan or Pastor Josiah. If you are planning to attend, please RSVP on Realm so we can plan accordingly.
SENIOR LUNCHEON | The next Senior Luncheon is scheduled for Monday, March 11th, at 11:30am in the Fellowship Hall. Grab a friend and join us for a time of fellowship and fun. Please RSVP on Realm or sign up in the lobby so we have an accurate count for lunch. See you there.
MEMBERSHIP CLASS | Are you interested in becoming a member of Redeeming Life Church? Our Membership Class is a two-week class that takes place Sunday evenings in the Fellowship Hall. This class is a great opportunity to hear about the history of our church, learn about our beliefs & leadership structure, get to know our Pastors & staff better, and ask questions in a small group setting.
Our next Membership Class will be held on Sunday March 17th & March 24th at 3:00pm.(Childcare is not provided) Please be sure to RSVP for both weeks on Realm or Sign-Up in the Lobby! If you have any questions, please see Pastor Bryan or Pastor Josiah.
HELP NEEDED IN CHILDREN’S MINISTRY (9:30am CLASS HOUR) | This is a great opportunity and easy way to serve parents and bless our families before our 11:00am worship service. We are looking for volunteers who love holding babies, passing out goldfish, and making sure pre-school children do not shove crayons up their nose during our 9:30am Class Hour. If you are interested in serving in this ministry, please contact Pastor Josiah today. (All volunteers are required to complete a background check.)
