"Pray God's Way" (Matthew 6:6-13)

In his sermon, "Pray God's Way" (Matthew 6:6-13), Pastor Bryan Catherman not only looks at Jesus' commandment to pray, but more specifically, the specifics about how and what to pray. Are Christians free to pray any way they want, or does God have preferences about prayer? What are the specific areas in which we should pray? Is the Lord's prayer a model for us, or is this something we're required to pray verbatim? Pastor Bryan seeks to answer these questions and many more from Mathew 6:6-13.

We encourage you to read Matthew 6:6-13 and listen to Pastor Bryan's sermon. How might understanding more about prayer help you in your Christian walk? In what areas could you use help in your prayer life? Do you want to have more vibrant, healthy habits of prayer? Don't we all! Matthew 6:6-13 is a great start. Listen to the sermon here:
