Announcement of Ministries 6/23/24
PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. We’ll be singing God Is For Us, He Will Hold Me Fast, Jesus Is Our Righteousness, and Send Me Out. We are starting a new sermon series on First Timothy entitled “Be The Church” and Pastor Josiah will be delivering a message centered on 1 Timothy 1:1-11. We will also respond to the preached word by partaking in the Lord’s Supper together.
DINNER IN THE PARK | Grab a blanket or a lawn chair and join us on Sunday June 30th at 5:00pm. for an evening of fun and fellowship as we enjoy dinner and games together at Bountiful City Park (400 N 200 W).
Each person/family is responsible for their own dinner. Swing through your favorite drive thru or pack up that picnic basket and we’ll see you there.
GREETERS NEEDED | We are looking for faithful servants who would like to open doors, assist seniors, direct families to check in, welcome guest, and be a friendly face to welcome our church on Sunday mornings. If you’re interested and feel that God might be calling you to serve our faith-family, please contact Pastor Josiah.
SECURITY TEAM | Interested in joining the Redeeming Life Security Team? Members of this team serve as parking lot greeters, watch cameras, and welcome those showing up a little late. There are some other tasks that may come up from time to time. If you’re interested, please let Pastor Josiah know.
