PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. We’ll be singing This Is Amazing Grace, Only A Holy God, Here I Am To Worship, and Build My Life. This Sunday we are continuing our series “Endure” as Pastor Josiah delivers a message centered on 2 Timothy 4:9-15, and we will respond to the preached word by taking part in the Lord’s Supper together.
FAMILY MEETING | Our next family meeting is right after our morning worship service on Sunday April 6th. We will be presenting new members for affirmation, voting to affirm a new Church Council member, and giving a quick update on our Associate Pastor vacancy.
MEMBERSHIP | Are you ready to join our faith-family and serve on God’s mission with Redeeming Life Church? If so, please contact Pastor Josiah about your next steps to become a member of Redeeming Life Church.
WE NEED HELP IN THE CHILDREN’S MINISTRY | Here’s a great opportunity to serve and preach the gospel to the next generation of the Church. Please consider volunteering in the Nursery, Pre-K, or Elementary kids’ classes. We also need people to monitor the cameras on an iPad during the service or serve as the Children’s Ministry Assistant. Volunteers serve on a rotation, certainly not every week or as often as you might think. Please contact Pastor Josiah for more info
SENIOR LUNCHEON | The next Senior Luncheon is scheduled for Monday, April 14th, at 11:30am in the Fellowship Hall. Grab a friend and join us for a time of fellowship and fun. Please RSVP on Realm or sign up in the lobby so we have an accurate count for lunch. See you there.
LADIES’ NIGHT OUT | Mark your calendars!!! Our next Ladies’ Night Out will be on April 17th at 6:30pm. This month, the ladies of RLC will be venturing to Hug-Hes in Centerville! (330 North Marketplace Dr.) On the third Thursday of every month, the ladies of Redeeming Life get together at 6:30pm for a delicious meal and a time of fellowship. (every month the location varies.) Each person covers the cost of their own meal. For more information or to register for this event, please visit the post on Realm.
JANITORIAL HELP NEEDED | We are looking for some volunteers who would be willing to come in during the week to help clean around the building. This work involves tasks such as, vacuuming, emptying garbage cans, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing children’s toys, and so forth. If you’re interested in blessing our faith family in this way and feel that God might be calling you to serve in this role, please contact Pastor Josiah.
