The Commands of Christ: "Endure Until the End" (Luke 21:19)
The Christian life isn’t alway cupcakes and rainbows. It’s a long journey in the same direction that requires endurance. This endurance is not for salvation because that’s free. But it is for our sanctification, which requires investment and steadfastness. In Luke 21:19, Jesus calls his people to endure. Paul discusses running the good race and finishing well. The books of Hebrews and James offer instruction to see it for our good that we might be called to suffer.
