"Saved for Good Works" (Hebrews 9:11-14)
In his sermon, “Saved for Good Works” (Hebrews 9:11-14), Pastor Bryan expounds on this passage with a narrow focus on verse 14. We are saved from our dead works so we can serve God in the works the Lord has for us. There’s nothing in our dead works that bring life. But there is work for us, after God has redeemed us. Furthermore, he explores what the Bible says these living works are. What is the Christian saved for? You can see this sermon here:

The worship service was opened with a special message and plea from Pastor Bryan. The time the Lord gives us to gather is significant. It’s a gift for us, to help us navigate the challenges of this world and find rest in our Lord. He called us to take it seriously. In addition, he called us to be people of prayer. As a response to the sermon, we had a time of corporate prayer. Pray is an act of worship, as should be everything we do as God’s people. You can see the entire worship service, to include this charge, our prayer time, the musical worship, announcements, and more.
