Announcement of Ministries 3/5/2023
PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. We’ll be singing His Mercy is More, Colossians 1, Jesus Thank You, and Good & Gracious King. Pastor Bryan will be preaching on Romans 9:1-5, and we will be taking the Lord’s Supper together.
MONTHLY WOMEN’S DINNER | On the second Thursday of every month at 6 PM, the Women of Redeeming Life gather at Black Bear Dinner in Woods Cross (2474 S 575 W, Woods Cross, UT, 84010) for dinner and fellowship. All women are welcome so bring your daughters, your friends, and neighbors. This will be a good time of fellowship and food. All women are responsible for their own meal.
Please RSVP and let your yes be yes or no be no for the sake of the count and working well with the restaurant. This is also a mission opportunity so be kind to your server and tip really well. Then they'll be happy to have our church ladies back.
NEW MEMBERS CLASS | Are you interested in becoming a member of Redeeming Life Church? Our Membership Class is a two-week class that takes place right after the worship service in the Fellowship Hall. This class is a great opportunity to hear about the history of our church, learn about our beliefs & leadership structure, get to know our Pastors & staff better, and ask questions in a small group setting. Our next Membership Class will be held on March 19th and 26th. Lunch is provided. Please be sure to RSVP for both weeks on Realm or Sign-Up in the Lobby! (Childcare is not provided) If you have any questions or concerns, please see Pastor Bryan or Pastor Josiah.
FELLOWSHIP GROUPS | Looking to join a Fellowship Group? We have various small groups that meet throughout the week. Is God calling you to lead a Fellowship Group? Find more info on Realm or talk with Pastor Bryan to learn more.
CHILDREN TAG NUMBER | Parents, when you check your child into children’s ministry, you get two tags. The one with your child’s name goes on your child. The other tag has a unique code that matches the code on your child’s tag. It is extremely important that you safeguard this tag. You will need that tag to have your child released back to you after the service. And if a diaper needs changes or there’s some other reason you are needed, we will post that code on the screen during the service. That’s an important tag!
JOIN THE WORSHIP TEAM | The musicians and AV techs leading us in musical worship are a great group, but they’re praying for a few more talented people. If God is calling you to lead our faith-family to worship the Lord through music or AV work, please contact Robbie.
